Age 41 from Fairfield County, Ohio.  As an accomplished engineering professional and devoted wife and mother, I balance the career with my passion for gardening. For over a decade, I have nurtured my love for cultivating plants, teaching my daughters, family and other children the invaluable skills of self-sufficiency and sustainability through gardening and farming. Eager to make a difference, I actively engage with the communities, sharing my experience and knowledge, fostering a greener, more sustainable future, and food security for all.

Hi, my name is Jennifer Ray. I am born and raised in Ohio and I am a mother of 3 year old son. My mission for being apart of the charter community is to improve the food deserts around me. My father lives in a food desert and he only lives 10 minutes away. I want to teach children how to grow their own food and learn about nutrition. I also want to expand my small heirloom business in the process and make sure that the crops I grow keep the greater Cleveland area fed.
