Shemika L. Moore

Shemika L. Moore born in Carrollton, GA and was raised in Boston, MA from the age of seven experienced before the farm and city living. Her family members in Georgia and Alabama are active farmers and maintains their family’s land. Shemika’s focus on educating, impacting, and learning more about how agriculture impacts black communities.

 

She is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI with a M.B.A. in Organizational Leadership in 2006 and B.S. in Business Management with a focus in Human Resources in 2002.​ Shemika connects small community agencies and businesses with free assistance of a high caliber as well as being able to do it her-self. Additionally, Shemika is an energetic, detail oriented, compassionate, creative, and committed leader with over 15 years’ experience in Employer Engagement, Retention and Career Coaching along with strong analytical and exceptional communication skills. Seeking to help organizations meet its goals by developing individuals who are confident and skilled individuals optimizing their contribution to the organization. Passionate about helping individuals who not only seek to achieve career success but looking for more joy and fulfillment.

Crystal Hall

Crystal Hall, MBA has more than 20 years of experience in the Construction, Finance, and Real Estate sectors and a wealth of knowledge about finance, contracts, negotiating, and marketing. She is a Certified Financial Coach/Social Worker and CEO and Founder of The BIPOC Center For Financial Success, a not-For-Profit organization whose focus is on improving the bottom line of the BIPOC community.

 

Born and raised in Providence, Rhode Island, she received her secondary education in the Providence School system. Upon graduating high school, she enrolled in the Community College of Rhode Island earning an Associates of Science in General Studies. In addition to earning a degree from CCRI, she holds a B.S in Business Management with a minor in Finance as well as; a master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Johnson and Wales University.

 

Crystal is also a licensed Real Estate Agent and Real Estate Instructor with Fab Living Realty.

 

Crystal has always been grateful for the opportunity to serve diverse communities and does so continuously. She has served on various committees, priding herself as the Chairwoman of Impact Rhode Island and the National Women In Agriculture Association.
